Orders and Shipping

We ship all stocked items ordered by 2pm PST the same day. Orders received after 4 pm ship the next business day. Orders are shipped UPS Ground and take 1 – 4 days for delivery. Custom orders will takes longer to make then ship. We will provide you the lead time on the quote.

If you are a reseller or a tax-exempt business we do not charge sales tax. If you are the end user, we are required to remit sales taxes for your order and therefore do charge sales tax accordingly.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping costs. Custom made items and medical products are non-returnable and we do not offer refunds. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item and of course, we’ll pay the shipping costs. Simply contact us at email@example.com to submit a request for a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA), ship the item to us and we will repair or replace the defective item.
If you are receiving a refund you can expect it within four weeks, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
